Activating your account
After you sign up, an activation code will be sent to your email address. This code should arrive approximatly 3 minutes after you finish signing up depending on network activity. Use the code contained in the email to activate your account.
The activation codes are computer generated and can sometimes be confusing. It is best to cut and paste the code directly from the email rather than attempting to re-type the code.
Pricing
LDSdates is free, similar services normally cost over ten dollars a month.

Account Removal
Accounts can be terminated by logging in to the site and clicking the update profile link. The update profile page contains a link to remove your account.
Accounts that have not been activated can be removed by us if requested through one of the contact methods listed on our contact page.
Photographs
We recommended you post your photo on LDSdates.com. Profiles with photos are clicked more often than those that do not have pictures. If you would like to post you photo on LDSdates.com, use one of the following methods to submit your photo.
Upload your photo with our picture uploader on the update profile page.
Send your picture to us using one of the contact methods on the contact page.
Important!
If you send your picture through email, include your login name and the email address associated with your account or your picture may not be posted.

Link your LDS Single Friends
You can link you LDSdates.com Singles profile to your friends profiles. Once profiles are linked together you place comments on one anothers profiles.
Send eFlirts
Sending eFlirts is a quick and easy way to let someone know you are interested in getting to know them better or just to say hi, best of all sending eflirts is free.
Favorites
Save your favorite profiles in your favorites list where you can also rate them and make notes on them.
See Who's Online
This feature allows you to see a list of people who have recently logged in and are currently using the system. This feature is available on the home page after logging in.
Recent Photo Additions
The recent photos page shows you all the photos which have recently been approved. The page will list approximatly two weeks of photos.
Powerful Searching
LDSdates.com has a variety of search options, even the ability to exclude profiles who choose not to answer specific questions.
Interests
Select from a list of over 200 common interests to let others know what kinds of things you enjoy, the interests you select are displayed on your profile.
Personality Test
We have written our own personality test to help you find your perfect match. The test gives results which conform to the Myers Briggs format. You can also search profiles by personality types.
Events Calendar
Use our events calendar to find and post local events for singles in your area.
Polls
We have online polls! Find out what other lds singles are thinking!
Download mail
You can download a copy of your read mail and outbox in .csv (comma separated) format to your local harddrive. You can then open the file in a text editor or spreadsheet program for offline browsing of your mailbox
Printable Version
Use this feature to open a printer friendly version of your mail. This feature comes in handy when you find your match so you can put your love letters in a scrap book.
Zoom
This feature is useful when a photo is difficult to see. You can zoom in to get a better look at profile photos. Only available in Internet Explorer 5.5.
Browser Problems
Unfortuanatly several functional differences exist in the various web browsers currently available. This site functions best with Internet Explorer. If you are experiencing browsing or display problems, many of them may be solved by using the latest version of Internet Explorer. The following tips may help you around some of the dificulties.
Problems with the back button and opening pages.
Right click link on the current page and choose 'Open in New Window' for each desired link. This will allow you to keep the current page displayed and open temporary windows for the links. This works great for viewing profiles from the search results page.

Sometimes cookies, browser settings, or ISP settings can become corrupted and will cause the browser to not work correctly. You may attempt deleting temporary internet files, deleting cookies, deleting history or restarting the system to resolve the problem.
